Takeshi Endo founded STEEL INC in 2004 and operates out of the same factory his grandparents used for plate glass processing after WW2. Claustrum produces ground-breaking metal products using unique methods of construction and surface processing. Claustrum sources all of its parts, that are manufactured by skilful artisans, within the outskirts of Tokyo.

This matte steel case has been engraved with the logo of the CUD and John Milton's quote.

The Campaign of Unilateral Disarmament logo inverts the flag semaphore of the CND. This in turn becomes an upside down version of the original symbol, and coincidentally also symbolises the ancient rune for life and protection.
