This waist bag features an all-over hand-machined Samuranche quilting. Two large front utility pockets, zipped main compartment and double tie straps to keep the bag secure when worn on the waist or shoulder.

The Samuranche pattern combines elements of the traditional Japanese tortoise shell used in the battle dress of 17th Century Samurai with the broken arrow peace symbol and pattern used by the Comanche, known as the Lords of the Plains, and later respected for their contributions to WWI, WWII and Vietnam U.S. war efforts.

1960’s era U.S. Army cotton sateen twill, reproduced exclusively for Maharishi. Used in AW21 to reproduce the uniforms worn by the U.S. Navy Riverine and helicopter support units, as well as for Eastern utility wear of the Civilian Regular Defence Group.
